What do you do for daycare?

Tom starts in a couple of weeks and we are lucky enough to find a daycare that will happily do cloth nappies. So those of you that also have nice daycares, what do I need? Wetbags etc?

I just send Isla's nappys already stuffed ready to go,..and they put them into the wetbag that I provide thats in her backpack, and they put the wetbag back into her backpack. they use the centres supply of wipes.

cool! now with regards to a wetbag...what is a proper one like? I made a basic one out of the nylony stuff that greenbeans sells...but I have heard something about lineing them with microfleece which I havent done.

i send charli to daycare with 2 naps already stuffed and with a liner. that's it. i don't need to send a wetbag, they just pop the dirty one into a plastic bag and then into her backpack. they rinse it if #2's

she goes 2 mornings a week for 3.5hrs

I don't see how they could not let us? Wouldn't it be discrimination of one kind or another?

Ask the daycare. I have to supply a lidded bucket, and take that home each night. They didn't want to use a wet bag (just after I brought one for the purpose!)
They also told me that they don't 'do' anything with the nappy, except take it off and put it in the bucket. However, I supply pocket nappies (and add a flushable liner), they do put the liner down the loo, with most of the poo.

Most of the teachers at our childcare use/d cloth on their own kids so I think that helps when it comes to being supportive of cloth. Most of the babies are in disposables so they love that Leo's in cloth - in fact I always take in any new naps to show off (they especially love the Foxybots & D'lishs!) - it's nice to have other cloth enthusiasts to talk to.
