Even tho I am a cloth girl, I just have to give Treasures a big thumbs up. Last night Willie went on an emergency nappy mission at midnight to get sposies coz I have enough washing to do with all the spewy sheets let alone tummy-bug nappies, and when I opened the packet half of them are faulty.
OK so no thumbs up for that, but I rang their 0800 number this morning and spoke to a lovely man who is sending me out a replacement and he was very apologetic and sweet, so I am most impressed. Huggies were less helpful when I had probs with their Dry Nites.

I had 2 faulty packs ages ago, so I emailed them then sent the faulty naps to them, and they sent me out 4 packs fo rmy trouble. I was very, very impressed.

Surely a bit of a pity that you have to be impressed after they have dealt with faulty nappies...?
But always nice to hear about good customer service!!

I had half a packet of faulty nappies a month ago and I complained but because I couldn't send them a sample of the fault (I had finished the packet) I never heard back from them!!!!
Otherwise they are really good thou. It hasn't stopped me using their nappies.

I am surprosed that Huggies were not helpful.
We had a faulty pack, I sent them a sample and they replaced the whole packet with 2, all within the week. I was pretty stocked with that.

I only sent back 2 faulty naps to them, had about 4 or 5 in each packet, I used sellotape on them, so as not to waste... (it was a prob with the tabs) and got 4 packs of nappies for it. |
