What silly things have you done?
The other day I put some microwave popcorn in the microwave, forgot what I'd put in there, and then started freaking out when the microwave started making popping sounds.

hee hee Picked up Ollie from his carer's house and then went to get into the passengers side of the car (I was the only adult in the car!). I had both mummy AND preggy brain at the time though |

Last week I was seeing a recruitment consultant about a contract that ran until Dec 2008. For some reason I was thinking that meant it was a 15-16mth contract...
I'm afraid that the consultant must have realised that I didn't know what year it was.
     Doh!!!!!

hehe something a couple of weeks springs to mind
we feed our cat in our laundry and I was giving her one of the whiskas single sachets and before I knew it I had emptied it into the washing machine -- lucky it was empty but there was still some left after I put a rinse through the machine -- not sure what my excuse is though no kids and unfortunately not preggars |

I locked us out of the house so many times!
I turned up for appointments a week early or completely forgot about them and got caught out in my jammies.
One night DH caught me pouring a brand new bottle of milk down the sink and I still have absolutely no idea why!

I keep leaving my car in drive when I park it, then having a panic when it won't start when I get back in. I've done it about 20 times now and STILL every time it happens I have a momentary panic that I've left the lights on or something and the battery's run flat.
Apart from that I just keep forgetting what I'm doing...walking to reception then forgetting why I'm there. I do that when I'm not pregnant too but it's far more frequent now!
Quite nice to have an excuse for such things Everyone just blames it on me being pregnant

LMAO! Some of these are just classics!
I have had quite a few but my mummy brain cant remember them.
One of the things I do remember (or DH reminded me ) Was going out one day and putting the keys in the fridge in the garage. DH watched in bewilderment as I went staight to the fridge and got them out without even realising what I was doing as soon as I got home. Still cant work out whatr I was thinking |

A lot of those sound familiar Glasses is a big one for me. I'd be wandering around the house hunting high and low for them.
DH would just sit there and laugh at me until I realised I was already wearing them.
