I think it's pretty obvious she's a gorgeous little GIRL. I think her outfit is adorable too. Some people are just stupid.

I'll jump on the "She'd absolutely gorgeous" bandwagon, too..
Not only were those people dumb for questioning it, but could it not have waited until they were in the car to discuss it? What does it even matter to them, anyway?
If I'm unsure I'll just say something like "What a cutie, how old?" And hope they'll answer with a "s/he's xx ". If they don't offer the gender I'll just smile and say "Lovely" and move on |

I don't understand how people can't tell the difference. It's very rare to see a baby that you can't tell. AND - most parents make it pretty obvious by the clothing.
Just recently I have had a lot of people ask how old "she" is about Jackson. Admittedly, his hair looks like it's been flicked out with a hair straightener and his long eyelashes and the green clothing I love doesn't really help!

I agree that it's clear that Kayla is a (beautiful) girl!

How rude and stupid are they?!?!    She's absolutely stunning and CLEARLY a girl!  I wouldn't put a boy in that colour.   Far, some people need to get out more if they can't work that one out . |

Aww, poor Kayla! She's so gorgeous and obviously a little girl!!!
I am constantly getting asked about Chelsea "How old is he?" coz she doesn't have hair either! Even when she's dressed fully in pink it's annoying eh, it's not like we shave their heads haha

Yumi! Those people are complete muppets, you did well to only say what you did! And for what its worth, Lexie has already been called a boy a few times and you know how much hair she has! One of the people that called her a boy was a nurse at the hospital!

Ha ha, did they turn around and go bright red when you let on that you'd heard them .
My gremlins still get called boys, poor follicularly-challenged children that they are. It doesn't worry me - they know that they're girls, and that's all that matters.

I dont really mind if people dont know if my child is a boy or girl. To be honest when they are so little it is a bit difficult to see if they are boy or girl and these days there is not traditional colors as such anymore.
I dont mind them coming up even and asking boy or girl although I did get upset if they asked and McKayla was totally in freaking pink. That is a dead give away. And I had now and then people asking me if Andrew is a girl although about 90% they assume it is a boy first.

But to go and discuss it ect where the parent would be able to hear is just no one at all.

And your girl is supercute and to me look totally like a little girl and a very cute one at that.
