Its not hemorrhoids is it? Cos there are creams you can get for them. Might be worth having a looksee in a mirror to see if you can see anything externally - I have no idea what it should look like htough. But at least if you can't see anything you could get your doctor to ahve a look?

Ok, sounds completely stupid but I found wrapping some frozen peas in a teatowel and sitting with them between my legs was really good.
Midwife recommended a warm wheatbag too.
 Hope it feels better soon!

Apparently stick a sanitary pad in the freezer and then stick it in your pants? Worth a shot!

(PS Lol about DH offering to massage it, men really are soooo helpful huh!?)

During my pregnancy with Connor I had incredibly sore pain in the pubic bone region. I spoke to my LMC who said that often in second (okay, this was my third) pregnancies you can get a lot of pain in the region due to your ligaments shifting and relaxing a lot earlier than they should. Sorry to say that there wasn't much that could be done other than the icepacks and wheatbags. It was always worse after I had been lying down or sitting still for too long. It went away after I had him though

I find it often feels "brusied" down there...like it often did with my period. At the moment the WHOLE area feels bruised, like I have been riding my bike. I think the chair I am sitting on now at work is too hard on my wee bot. Guess I shouldnt spend all my free time on Ohbaby.

I ended up sleeping in a recliner in the lounge in the end with the last pregnancy because it hurt too much to lie down in bed - just couldn't get comfortable and ended up in incredible pain. You can get tummy braces though that help - they lift the baby weight up a bit. Talk to your LMC about options.
