 Topic: accidents

Last saturday as I drove to Wellington I had a slight accident in Otaki. Basically came around the corner at 40km to find a huige row of traffic, i stopped...using the car in front of me. At the time I was thinking it was the worst possible thing to have happened...until today
7am we hear a screeching of tyres and a crash. went outside and these two cars had a crash - a pretty major one. Called an ambulance and the police. they arrived and while the drivers were fine, the passenger had to be cut out of the car (meanwhile jake thought this was fantastic - he stared out the windown). Both cars were pretty much written off.
So now am feeling pretty damn lucky that my prang had no one at all getting hurt (in fact Jake yelled about us stoppiong and told mne to GO GO GO), and we could both drive away at the end of it.

Scary! I had a nose to tail of my own on Sat, altho it was someone else that ran up my backside so it wasn't my fault, but at least no one was hurt.
I've been in one serious accident in my life, I wasn't hurt but a motorcyclist was left paralysed (the irony is that it was his fault and the Police charged him with careless riding  ). I was only 18 at the time and it really shook my confidence, when it first happenened we thought he was dead.

Woah, must have been the weekend for it! A car ran up the back of Gaz's cortina on Saturday.
Scary though... glad you guys are ok!

Becks - across the road - ran the give way sign on Shamrock and smacked into a car going along chelwood. you can see all the glass on the corner.

Aww Lizzle big hugs for your accident last weekend and glad you were all safe. Ekkk at the accident outside your house. I hate seeing accidents they scary the life out of me.

We had a four car pile up right outside our house on Saturday. That was entertaining. No one was hurt. The last car was the worst of all four.
