To her first afternoon at Montersorri (sp?) and man what a emotional wreck I was! I didn't know that I would end up all teary watching her play and get into it, but very happy for her to be with such a great bunch of kids and teachers!

As I drive away I was bawling...

I am sure that 3.20pm will come around very fast.

YAY for Lucy!!!! Boooo for you I just realised I will be like that with Tom. I think I might go in with him for a couple of sessions when he starts daycare in May and maybe come and go during the session...to make it easier on me

yeah i always felt sorry for the parents...9/10 times they are more upset than the child:( and i thought i will never be like that...but i will if i ever send him to preschool(I'm sure i will eventually) :)

we just used to hug them if they needed it or talk to them and get them to ring whenever and look through the windows..but generally the children are fine..esp if they are settled when you leave.. it can also take a few times.. you have been very brave!:)
