The local couriers are fab, they know me, my dog and my baby lol, and give me plenty of time. Once though I ordered a box of toys and they took it next door, and asked for me. My MIL (not that the couriers know that she is MIL), said that I lived next door but she'd sign for it and drop it off, and the courier happily allowed it. I'm greatful MIL did that, I didn't have to chase it up, but lucky I have a good relationship with her!

well, my mum rang chriscos and got told its her fault for not being home the two times she tried to deliver!

also last night my mum had a friend go over for coffee and she was telling her about it, she said to mum to ring citizens advice and see what they suggest.
my mum rang them this morning who promptly told her to SEE the manager of the courier company.
she ended up just ringing and having an argument with the lady cause she wouldn't put the manager on the phone!
eventually she got through but it was the manager of the Wellington depot, this lady was nice and very apologetic to mum and said she will leave the chch branch manager a message to ring mum back, not only did she ring and leave a message but she emailed them too

30minutes later the chch manager rings mum and once again couldn't apologise enough for 'THERE ERROR!"
she was told that they will redeliver it today and asked her what time she would like it. so the courier driver started at 11am and she would be first on his list of parcels to deliver!

so finally in the end she doesn't have to go pick them up
flippen stupid people who don't do there joy properly!

I have had a driver banging away on the door...then when I came out of the toilet told me that I shouldn't leave my kids alone in the lounge by them selves, so I asked her how she managed to go to the toilet without holding a baby in her arms and a 2 yr old destroying the bathroom!

Then on the other side of it...I do Tupperware and have signed a form that states the couriers can leave parcels around the corner of our deck (the part that can't be seen from the road) but not once have they ever put the parcels around the back...always right in front of the flaming door so everyone in the world can see!

Oh and i have also had a card in the mailbox saying I wasn't home when at 7.30am I am barely out of my PJs. I rang the company and did my nanna at them and it was delivered 1/2hr later with many apologies.
