I prefer Fleur... It's so pretty. And I think it's a name that suits all ages. Baby Fleur, Cutsie-pie School girl Fleur, High Flying Business Woman Fleur, Nana Fleur... Haha, has a nice ring to it.
Middle names? Hmmm... Not quite sure on that one.

Alot depends on your surname. Fleur is pretty but not too girly - good choice - although I love the name Eden too Serenity good pick.
If our boy Rohan had been a girl we would have called him Neve or Niamh depending on the choice of spelling.
Scarlet is a good name - maybe a family name as a middle one or a name from someone you respect or admire?

I like Fleur, and for a middle name to go with Fleur I would pick a name with more than one syllable...like Fleur Elizabeth, Fleur Louise, Fleur Emma, Fleur Anna, Fleur Annalise, etc.

Ask Fleury about a middle name as her first name is Fleur.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

good to see you think fleur is a nice name, i was concerned it would immediately remind everyone of Libra Fleur tampons!!! I don't think they make them under that name anymore!??

My name is Fleur so of course I like it, my middle name is Maree spelt the french way too.
No they don't make Libra Fleur anymore thank god!!!
My parents would often used both names when they wanted my attention .
I do have a lot of trouble getting people to spell my name correctly and saying it over the phone.
I like Claudia as well, Allyson Goftons new baby girl is Claudia Rose.

Hi Jacq, how did you move go and are/have you and Jon adjusted yet?
Names are funny things, I found that I had to wright the 3 names down to see how they looked/sounded - ended up going for double middle names for Ashlyn Heather (mil name) Lilly (g/mum on mum side lillian) so had to find 2 middle names for Anastasia so they would be the same.
Do you or Jon have a favourite aunt or nana that you want to use, or someone that has had an impact on your lives? I like both Fleur - femanine/pretty (1st thought of Fleur de Lise - song) & Claudia - strong/independant

Hey kez,
yes move went well, now in the throes of renovating a wonderful bungalow in wellington and being 23 weeks preggers and having a 19 month old I'm kept very busy!
We are steering clear of family names so as not to upset either side of the family.... politics hey!!
Claudia Paige is an option of ours Kels, just wish we hadn't used our two favourite names (Isla Amelia) for our first daughter otherside Amelia it would have been!!
This is too hard.... I wish I could have a glass of wine......!!!
