No matter what I put in... It just won't change!!
I'm clicking on "my profile" which is just along the same 'pink bar' from Browse our store... It just won't work??? Even random letters/numbers and it tells me it's taken!

Hey Hunnybunny, you're in the right place -- click on My Profile, then click on Edit Profile, then type something into your Forum Handle field, then click Update. If that doesn't work, can you let us know what steps you're taking and what error message you're getting?

Thats exactly what I'm doing- I've tried clicking on 'edit profile' from the box on the left, and on the list in the middle of the screen (does that make sense?)
And still, no matter what I put in, it says that handle is already in use. Or it doesn't say that (so I'd thought I'd changed it) but when I go back into it, it's back to Hunnybunny

Hmm, I just changed mine (now to go change it back before someone else takes it!!!). Have you deleted your cookies and cleared your cache? That's the only thing I can think of at the moment... Let me know if that works and if not, I'll investigate further.

Mine doesn't have the forum handle field? It has my username but I can't erase it to type something new

I got DH (computer geek) to tell me how to clear cookies and cache... And it's still doing it
If it doesn't come up with the red writing saying that username is in use, it'll just go to same page with 'new' username, but then when i re-fresh the page (or come back onto forum and post) it still comes up Hunnybunny in new post, or when I go back into the page...

Are you clicking on Profile which is next to PM or are you clicking "My Profile" in the view cart pink line?? Because you want the my profile one to be able to change it

Hunny Bunny, I had the same problem. I honestly tried for about 6 months last year...it just wouldnt change. And that was tried from 3 different computers, internet connections...on many occasions. In the end, I got very over it and just made a new username!

Check with Kelly (thekelly) because she was having problems- sometimes it would come up with her old username and sometimes her new one- but she seems to have got it sorted so maybe she can help?
i changed mine about 4 times and it always has works for me (but that doesnt help you!)

I know this is a really dum thing to say but are you making sure you press update down the bottom after you enter the new name? i just tried it and it worked for me.

LOL! Bri&olismum... Yeah I am. DH asked me that too and made me show him what I was doing (I'm rather blonde sometimes..)

Don't change it HB. Everytime I see your username I smile as that was what DH and I used to call each other before life got in the way. lol. We now save it for birthday cards and such.
