i only got my learners a few years ago and ive always been too scared to go for my restricted (i hate tests) but now im so sick of being the only one of my friends (except for my best mate who has arthritis so CANT drive) who relies on others for lifts everywhere.
I am very lucky that i could buy a car from my parents and id probably drive it some places illegally (naughty i know) if i had it, but my brother is borrowing it for two weeks.
Once i get it back im going to go for some serious driving practice tho.....
Well done! Just don't leave your restricted for to long. I've had my learners for 6 years and says in a quiet whisper (I drive quite a bit) No I'm to scared to go for my restricted in case I fail I would never hear the end of it, and I'm worried about what bad habits I have picked up.

I was majorly worried about failing and almost did but managed to explain one of my errors and he saw that what i did was kind of right but anyway just go for it and not tell anyone. its not that hard and the thought of it is probably worse than actually doing it!
