Has anyone sent itti bitti SIO nappies to daycare and have they coped with them? Our daycare is happy to do cloth, but I wonder if they'd be constantly putting them on wrong? I like them because they dry a bit quicker, but maybe I'm better going for AIO?

Experiences?

Some day cares will accept cloth, some won't. So you'll have to look around.. When I was looking at daycares 2 would take cloth, 3 wouldn't

My daycare in Palmy (Tui Early Learners - Napier Rd one) is fab and they have a couple of bubs in cloth, they just ask that everything is all ready for them so snapped/stuffed ready to put on. I've noticed in their nappy area they have one in honeychild pockets and one that seems to have a mixture of different types so as long as you find a daycare like mine you won't have much of a prob

i dont see why they wouldnt cope. so long as all they have to do is put it on - it will be just like a disposable then.

by SIO do you mean sewn in or snapped in - cause the sewn in ones are an AIO! and once you snap the others in they are essentialy an AIO as well.

I used SIO sometimes at daycare, I would fold them all up and have them in a pile so all they had to do was pick them up and put them on. The problem was sometimes they let some of the white bit out and so it would leak. If you haven't bought them yet go with the sewn ins but if you have already bought the snap ins they will be fine. Maybe explain to the teachers how they go.

I send Cian's SIO itti's to daycare all pre-snapped and folded up so they just unfold them and put them on. haven't had any problems yet, although with his fitteds they sometimes forget to put a cover on
