I figured out early, just smile and nod and do whatever you feel is right.   And when people ask "is your little one sleepnig through the night yet?", nod and say yes.

Quinn was always a chubby bubby and people used to be shocked that he was so big, so young like it was a bad thing!! It honestly took me about six months to realise I was doing okay, til then it was regular tears!!

And by the way, of course my baby sleps thru every night, he eats and behaves exactly as i instruct him and although he does not takl he prefers to communicate to us via written language! Yeah right...

Actually, he does not sleep thru, wakes at half five every morning and has recently taken to hitting me but I'll def still be keeping him!!

I had people syaing xander was a "big boy" for his age(he was born 8pd12oz,so on the bigger side) but cos he was my first i didnt really think he was cos i had no other babies to compare him to sizewise.
Now when i see other 2 yr old boys i see he is a wee taller and stockier but not by too much.
I get the same comments about Harmony cos she was born 8pd5oz so only wee bit lighter than her bro.she isnt chubby (bar her cheeks)shes quite long(in sz 0 and almost too long for them)and shes only 61/2 mnths
she slept thru @4mnths old Xander was 6 weeks(bottlefed)when he slept 9 hrs solid overnight.

lol Ayja started sleeping through about 4 months, from 6.30 to 5.30 am, but that co-incided with her starting daycare and she must have just been exhausted - cos there's no way she's like that anymore.

Hannah went to bed at 7 last night and only woke at midnight and is still asleep now! I've been awake since 6 waiting for her, which is why I'm on here so damn early!!

Jake never slept through until about 6 months, coincidentally when we moved him out of our room. Now I'm sharing with him again and he's waking up at about 10pm, or midnight, pretty much whenever I go to bed. So have decided I defintely wake him up!!!! UNfortunatly no alternative! So will just have to grin and bear it. Grrrrr. Oh well. At least he's cute when he wakes up, crawls into my bed and sleeps straight away...then bashes my face throughout the night. I swear B2 will come out with dents from his big brother (B2 is a boy today)

Aw lizzle i know how that feels. I've been sharing with Hannah since she was born and always wake her up For the last month we have had seperate rooms and it has been great! but now back to sharing at Dads and once again I wake her up.
This morning she woke at 4am - freezing (because she wouldn't go to sleep and kicked all her blankets off earlier in the night.. grr) but atleast I could just pick her up and put her in my bed and she went back to sleep straight away. Then this morning I woke up to her trying to poke out my eyes. The thanks I get!

We share a room when we go to Australia, and Maya plays up so much more than she does here. She wants me to go to bed at the same time as her, and some nights the only way I can get her to settle is to lie on my bed till she falls asleep, whereas at home she knows that she sleeps in her own room in her own bed.

I did get a big fright one night when we were there and I woke up to her asleep next to me (in a single bed - not much room!). I have no idea how/when she got there little monkey.

Lmao Nikki, this morning I woke up to Ella poking a book in my face and trying to feed me pretend cherries from a book she has. So cute now I think about it, but it wasn't at the time!
Yesterday she brought me my shoes in bed (Daddy has been good and getting Ella up in the mornings & I sleep in for about 20 mins as we're not getting much sleep at night)
