She has a new book coming out in a few weeks. Fishpond.co.nz has a pre-order special - I think its 40% off and will be sent out on release date. I got mine for $33 and its a hardcover.

I just ordered this off ferrit (from Whitcoulls) for $29.75, paperback though.
I'm too impatient to wait for hardback

got it, read it. Very good. Will need to read it again. I think whitcoulls has a policy of not buying hardbacks?

I got it last weekend - borders had it on special for $28. Have to say..... not that impressed. I know she prides herself on writing about "difficult" topics with compassion and humour, but quite frankly thought it was just a bit much.
Just my opinion....

Hmm interesting. I found the last one 'is there anybody out there' rather sad and depressing, and didnt really enjoy it that much - its not one I would read again like all the others.

I had to BUMP this up to say that I tried to reserve this at Hamilton libraries and each copy (there are about 6 -8 copies) have 30 - 32 reserves!!
I think I will just buy it! Was willing to wait a few months, but that will take a LONG time!
I did see it at The Warehouse for $24.99on Friday

I brought it from the Warehouse and just finished it. Aimee I was like you and did't really enjoy 'Is anybody out there'. I thought this was a bit better (once I got WELL into it) but I didn't like it as much as I enjoyed her older books. Will be interested what others think when you finish it.

I cancelled my order and just bought it from Paper Plus yesterday. Havent started yet, just need to find some time.
I wish she would write another one about the Walsh family (that is their name isnt it?!). Those ones are the best I reckon.

Yes it is the Walsh family. I think so too - nice light hearted chick lit!

I love Marian Keyes too!! I think I own all her books so far - I always get them paperback though, I find hard back much heavier when I'm holding it above my head when reading in bed
