Sheena I'm so sorry to hear about your cat - that's just horrible!

TBH I would actually be pushing for more than just the dog being tied up. It will just do it again if it gets the chance and it may move on from cats to children

I lost a rabbit to a dog when I was a kid - it ran into our property, ripped the lid off the hutch and grabbed the rabbit by the neck - I can still hear the rabbit's screams

Hey Sheena!

Sorry I didn't reply to your MSN message the other day - I leave the computer and forget to "away" my MSN.

I'm sorry to hear about your poor cat

Have you heard anything from the neighbours?

That's really irresponsible of them not have have their dog tied up/fenced in.
I know dogs can be sneaky and get out, but if you've seen if wandering around before, then obviously they're not very diligent with keeping the dog contained.

Same here, especially considering Caden will be crawling, and walking soon, what if the dog comes back.

I hate irresponsible dog owners, everybody has to suffer because of them!
