Weather has been pooey eh Rach, nice today though bar the wind :) we took the dog for a nice walk not long ago.

I thought it would take me ages to fall pregnant since id been on the pill and injection for years. but i stopped my pill and a week later my wee baby was concieved. talk about luck. We werent really trying, but i had said i wanted a baby, and my partner even though we hadnt been together long, was all good with it, so we just went with it. we were estatic when the pregnancy test came back positive. I wouldve cried if it was negative, cuz i had all the symptoms.

Oh yay Becks.. exciting. I seriously hope baby has legs open when we go for our scan, if not im gonna make her open them! Lol (fully think its a girl)

Today is going to be another beautiful day yay, already nice and warm so thats a good thing. Hoping to get out and do something today.

Just putting in my 2cents - we lived in Palmy for a couple of years, but are both originally from Dunedin. We found it really difficult to make friends, and in fact the only real friend I made was a workmate and then I met a lot of her friends. Its tough times, hopefully getting a group of you on here will make it that much easier! My friend had a baby a couple of years ago and is still good friends with those in her antenatal group.
On the car note - DH's car was broken into and mine was stolen, all in the space of about six months. Go figure!!
