for me being a super fat pregnant lady my biggest worry was not being fit enough to cope with a long labour. with my first pregnancy i got up to over 135kg and there are definitely disadvantages when it comes to labouring. For instance i couldn't squat, and being on my hands and knees was not very comfortable or easy to achieve.
doctors dont like you being obese when pregnant and dont like you going over and always assume you will get GD.
Your belly doesnt push down on baby, unless you lie on your back but that nots good no matter what size anyway.

Honey, my best friends are both of a generous size and they got pregnant..not easily but it did happen and they didn't lose any weight for that purpose...they both felt if it was meant to be then it would happen regardless... we have friends who are the opposite..very slim and still trying to conceive
