Oh Emma, I just found this thread! I didn't know you & Chiara were back in Hospital (well hopefully home now)! You poor things! I hope Chiara's feeding is a lot better, and her bronchilitis too. It's been a rough road for you lately huh!! Hope once you're home & had a good rest in your own bed things will be much easier.
Lots of hugs sent your way!!

We're home! And very glad to be here!
Lil miss hung on tooth and nail to stay there, I swear she didn't want to come home coz about 2pm I got her up to feed her and she was purple and mottled. The doc said we could stay an extra night so they could keep an eye on it but I said NO WAY! I can keep an eye on it home, her oxygen sats are good and she's happy and feeding well so no reason to stay.
Thanks for all your support! I was really down and miserable yesterday when things weren't going well. Still very sore when feeding but getting there. And I've now got her feeding off both sides so am not having to express the other side any more

Wow you poor thing, it sounds all very traumatic for such a little one to go through!!
I really hope she gets better soon and you can have a well deserved break.
I cant believe how Starship can employ such doctors, they should have been supporting you far more than that.
Big hugs to you and your family
