Roksana, Hannah LOVES her food now! Absolutely scoffs it She has baby rice and fruit, one or two times a day.

Ok, have a further question... How much should I be feeding Hannah? I give her a full milk feed then wait 10-15 mins and give her solids (fruit or vege mixed with baby rice), but she just keeps wanting more... How much is too much? Also, when did you start with a third feed? I think my plunket nurse said aim for three feeds by 6 months?

I found this part really hard... Hannah was on one feed per day for aaaages until I realised she should be eating more and she was on 2 feeds before I moved her up to three feeds a few weeks later... so big jump!!!
If she's that into food then you could chuck another on now... she's close to 6 months anyway.
I don't know if there is a "too much" for babies? Well... maybe a whole cup might be a bit excessive. Try increasing her meal size a little bit at a time until you see that she is starting to 'finish'

Jake was a guts from the word go. We gave him breakfast and dinner from about six months, as well as bottles every four/five hours or so. Then fuond out at daycare, they were also giving him dinner. So he had two dinners pretty early. And about a cup a time. Then, if Lewis or I were eating, he'd have some of that too. However, Jake is extremely active and obviously needed the extra "input". He still eats a lot unless ill.

Hey Aimee....how much does Hannah eat per feed? I found Zaara only eats half those watties container each feed. She has just started 2 feeds a day now. Seems happy with it.
So is that normal? or do you think she does not eat enough? Since I am at work she only has milk in the morning, then at 12pm and then again at 5pm (when I get home). In between she has her fruits and veges. In the evening however she has milk every 2-3 hours.

Josiah only ate half a tin each feed to begin with. He built up to a whole tin over a month or so.

She eats half a tin at her 11am feed, then at dinner she would eat the equivalent of a jar or more...
