Hi All,
Just wanting to know if anyone knows if both parents have to agree on who the "supervisor" is if you ask the courts for this? thanks a lot |

I think you usually do, however if there is disagreement the courts can appoint someone like Barnardos?

What minik8e said - the person must be acceptable to both parents, or you can use an outside agency such as barnados (they cost $45 a visit, visiting parent pays). It's much better for the child if you can both agree on somebody. A mature family member from the visiting parent's family, with a clean record and a tidy home is ideal.
