Sorry I had to share becuase these are such a giggle!
Today I have had one customer want to go through to my supervisor. So what happened? She wanted the cheapest flight in December from London - Auckland. I searched through the WHOLE month (a longer process than you might expect) and proudly gave a her a great fare at the cheapest dates as requested. So why the complaint? I hadn't quoted her at a different date which was more expensive. Ummmmm but you said you wanted the cheapest date and I....oh never mind. Here's my supervisor.
Then my friend had a customer go off her nut because my friend would not sell her a flight on the 31st April. Apparently my friend was lying about there being 30 days in April so she could charge the customer more money. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. *ahem*

Tobin comes up with some shockers at NZ Post too. One lady got really angry at him as he couldn't tell her the house number of her friend who she was trying to send a parcel to
