I hope they turn out well. i am using the lomonade method!
i committed myself to making some for a morning tea i am going to but thought i better do a practise run first.

oops, ovens just beeped, theyre done!

Yummo! I think scones are a great idea. We do ours with L & P here (probally more for the novelty of using L & P).

mm mm I've had those recently - no butter but lemonade and cream? They are super yummy with jam and cream!

4 cups self raising flour
300ml bottle of cream
330 ml bottle of lemonade or L&P
pinch of salt

mix it all together knead and roll out and bake for 10-15mins at 220 deg.

I make them with Lift and Soy milk (cos its kinda thick and creamy) , so they have a slight lemon taste. Yummy!! Oh and I have heard and found that scones turn out better if you dont roll them out, just kinda pat them out with your hands.

You can also use that recipe to make pizza bases and pinwheels.
