At least you got lots of exercise in escadachic .
Yay for the loss MD. You are going really well.
M3S, yeah I agree zumba is not that easy, it really just frustrated me.
Got a 6k run in again this morning and then Gracie and I went for a 45 min leisurely stroll this afternoon but unfortunately I am now sitting here eating the scraps from the russian fudge I just cut up .

So, am I just a weirdo. Or do other people feel inspired to exercise when they are a tad drunk?

Oscarboo - well done on the run and the walk that is alot of exercise, you deffinetly deserve some fudge
Wannabe - yay not too much further until your 2nd goal
I'm pleased to hear that it isn't just me that finds the weekend hard, for some reason I just lack motivation

OB - great exercise! I don't think a little fudge will make much difference (if it was me, I don't think I could stop at the scraps! ).
Wannabe - well done!
E-chic - make sure you are eating enough eh? With all that exercise, you need to nourish your body too. Alcohol has the opposite effect on me, it makes me sleepy ... although I haven't actually touched alcohol in over 2 years!
I actually bought a Zumba pass off TreatMe yesterday. 10 classes for $10 and the class is really close to us too. I'm hoping that I'll enjoy it in a class environment more, should feel more like a party

mummydee good on you, that's a god price for Zumba classes.
I am going back to Zumba classes, not the weather is not so hot I won't faint ha ha. So will try for this week ours is $7.50 a class..unless it has gone up since I have not been there. A friend went with me last time & she wants to get back into it so will drag her along also.

Man, if I haven't lost weight since Friday, I'll be shocked.
Not intentional, but haven't eaten much the last 2 days.
Yesterday I just felt so ick and tired. I had a carrot for breakfast, had some water crackers with feta and hummus for a snack, and for dinner I had 3 carrots and homemade hummus. Then for a snack, wholegrain crackers and my hummus.
Today, I've had 1/4 of an apple, frozen yoghurt ice cream and 1 lamb chop and 1/2 C of mixed veges.

How far below your daily cal intake are you? If you are too far below you wont lose weight as your body will go into starvation mode, or you will lose muscle & fluids.
You can still eat healthy & smaller meals

I've done day 15 of 30DS, I pushed myself today to do more of the harder moves. I should push myself more often because I can do more than I thought I could Followed it with 20min Turbo Jam and then did 10min Workout - Abs. So I built up a good sweat today!
We are heading out shortly, probably taking the kids to the museum (they have a cool kids section) or maybe Lollipops ... somewhere they can run around lots to burn off all of their energy (it's raining hard so I can't send them outside without feelilng guilty )
Hope you all have good days

Can't remember how far below I was. But I did end up having 4 pieces of toast later that night after I'd done the food diary, so maybe that will have helped.
Yeah, unfortunately, eating less, doesn't help loss weight. I was just sick on Friday and hungover as hell the next day. Back to normal now.

Weekends are bloody hard. It's my food and drinking the water I find the hardest. Did 45 minutes on your shape this afternoon and worked up a good sweat but my food has been shocking. Weight is up at the moment and I think it is cos I haven't been eating at the regular times so end up over eating. Back into the runs tomorrow morning so hopefully will sort itself out by Wednesday.
Good on you jazzy and MD for getting into zumba!
Well done wannabe! You are so close now.
