My kids school has a Zumba class & I am totally uncoordinated...well that made me feel it but it was such a good night & I never worried about it or all the size 8-10 girls...it was worth it so may do in the winter again.

Dh made devilled sausages using venison sausage, yum! And grilled zucchini, double yum. Then i made a fudge sauce for the kids desseert using my 70% cocoa chocolate and had a wee bit myself over banana and manderin, so yum! I'm so happy with myself that i only need small amounts of 'naughty' food to get me by. Whereas a month ago i'd be scoffing it all and then licking the bowl . Went to gym later this arvo and feel so good afterwards. Will be going early tomorrow too .
Sorry for no personals but dh wants my attention.

Well done bizzy and M4B .
Did not get up this morning!!! Was sleeping like crap so set the alarm for later but still felt like crap when I got up. Should have just gotten up anyway. Alarm is reset for tomorrow and I will get up. Have run out of time for exercise today but cos I did do some walks on Saturday it is the first real day of no exercise in about 3 weeks. Didn't like the scales this morning either cos after having a small loss on them since last Thursday I was up 1kg today - WTF! . Wondering if the bread I had over the weekend had anything to do with it. Just have to work harder over the next couple of days to get it off again.
I have tried Zumba but found I couldn't really get into it. Very un-co here.
Well done on only needing the small amounts M4B. I am slowly getting better at that as well (haven't had any big blow outs for a while).
LC - does your DH want to come and give mine some cooking lessons .
Hope everyone has had a good day. Sounds like lots of exercise has been going on.

Oscarboo - booo to the scales You can do it!! I hate having to get up in the dark in the mornings thats the suckful part!! My poor dh has had to learn to cook after me being pregnant twice in the last two years, I have the worst pregnancies as well with 9 months of ms
M4B - Your pudding sounds really yummy

good morning girls
oscarboo you are doing so well on the exercise so don't bet yourself up for 1 day...if it happens again we will butt kick though hee hee
I did Jillian kick boxing dvd last night, wow it was great. Need to do the 4 others I have but will do this one till I am in routine. Bizzy did you end up getting it?? so recommend it...I love kick boxing workouts, I used to do a different one yrs ago & it tone me up really well, helped with the under arm problem area...which DS3 calls squishy (hate that)

Good on you OB (darn no butt-kicking today )
Well done Jazzy! I enjoy kickboxing too, especially if I'm mad at someone, then I can imagine puching/kicking them, lol!!
My DH cooks a couple of times a week, he's not very imaginative, but I don't mind if it means I don't have to cook.
I had a crap sleep last night. C just would not settle except in our bed, though even then he wasn't sleeping very well. I'm keeping O at home today, mainly because it was almost 9am by the time we finished breakfast and it would be too stressful trying to hurry the kids. And now C has gone to sleep (in his own bed - yay).
Better get moving, loads of housework awaits! Hopefully I'll get some exercise in later.

We need new scales, with ours you can put on a couple of kilos within seconds..hate them. DH wants the old type not digital so will have a look this week. I feel like I have lost weight funny when you have that feeling & the scales don't agree with you
DH went in late this morning to work so he dropped the kids at school & DS3 & me down the Rd so we walked up the hill to home. DS2 did not want to go this morning & cried when we dropped him off & DS1 had to drag him to his room...have promised lollies & games after school, hate mornings like this. Tomorrow we have our first school visit with DS3, time is going quick now.

Had a call from school to see if DS2 was off today it made me feel sick, I told her he should be there & she went to find out what was happening & rang back to say DS1 had to go get DS2 teacher as he would not go into his room & was on the play ground so missed roll call...poor kid.

Jazzy - I've had that happen as well but it was something to do with the computer stuffing up It is the worst feeling though!! Is everything alright at school?? My boys always play up when they are getting picked on or something has happened.
MD I feel your pain, we had a crap sleep as well cos Quin was up. Dh took him to the doctor this morning and the poor little man has croup

I bought new scales yesterday, digital from kmart for $35. Dont't like them though they say i'm heavier than my other scales , hate that. They are down to the 100g though so more specific than my other digital scales.

escadachic well done on the weight loss
does anyone use the non digital type scales?
Think DS2 was having one of those want to stay home & play days...hate sending kids to school crying, I will be going tomorrow & staying till morning tea.I think once DS3 is at school as well things should be ok, but it came out of the blue so will watch to see if any school problems.

Kelly well done on the loss
Jazzy - sometimes one of my boys has days like those as well but then it gets to about morning tea time and he's bored
I want some digital scales cos we are using the old school ones and they don't really show all the losses unless they are big ones

james well done at the gym & eating good
Limochick our digital ones show a gain if you step straight back on them. I weigh in the mornings first thing & get what I think is an accurate reading...if you were to jump on them later in the day they read higher & if you get on & off & on again you can put on several kgs (like 3+) so annoying, DH wants ones like yours & I want the flash WW ones but don't want to spend the big $ on me obsessing on them lol

Well done Bizzy!
Jazzy - Our old scales were like that! I used to weigh myself 3 or 4 times then take the number that appeared most often We got our WW ones from Briscoes on special at about $30-40.
Was having a bit of a stressful morning (lack of sleep, messy house, bored kids, non-sleeping baby etc). All I wanted to do was eat! Managed to calm myself down and look at the positives and have been working through things step by step. Kids are happy, baby had a couple of small sleeps, I've done *some* housework and managed to get exercise in (day 10 30DS) who cares if the kids are still in their pj's??? They don't
