Ohh great walk, Jazzy!

The grams are slowly coming off again, yay!  I'm finding that even with going to the gym at least 4 times a week, it's the food that I have to watch and dictates how the scales are moving.  I'm getting the PT to measure me again tomorrow (I can see the scales moving but want to see the measurements too) and also give me some stomach exercises.

Echic, hope the pills do its thing and get the balance right with your thyroid.

LC, how'd you get on with weigh-in?

MD, wow you have a big 5 yr old now!  Hope he had a great day.  Is today his first day of school?  Hope it went well!

I don't want to update my weight till I'm less than 97kg.  I hit it last week but went up again and it's only just coming back down now.  So no loss this week, dammit.

Thanks ladies! He starts school on Monday but had his kindy birthday today and LOVED being the centre of attention. Still hard to believe that he is 5yo, that has gone waaaayyy too quick!

Haven't done much exercise today with his birthday and all plus I'm feeling a bit off. I went to see the dr this morning and he advised to take it easy for a couple of days in regards to exercise so will just have to keep an eye on what I eat.

Awesome walk Jazz!

LC - fab loss hun!! Well done

M4B - yay for the scales moving in the right direction, keep up the great work.

Better go and get lunch sorted before the kids turn feral

Yay for some lovely losses, I had a sneaky peak at the scales today and I am down (well today) so i'm feeling hopefuly about saturday weight in, its such a fine line isn't it, if I make myself weight a whole week I can lose focus, if i weigh mid week and find its not moved I get put off.

Anyway been good today, medium sized pasta lunch but just in a basic tomato and onion sauce and have Zumba tonight so will need the energy only time for a small meal before and too late once its finished for anything big after.

Wow LC, 900g is heaps, especially with losing over a kg a week for a while, it's just dropping off you now!! Awesome stuff, go you.

Yay for being down in the scales, FO, that's usually a g ood sign for weigh day.

I'm so tired today.... It was freezing this morning so put the fire on, but then didn't want to leave lounge cos the rest of the house was cold, but the lounge was sooo nice and toasty warm! So after doing as much washing at all my clotheslines could hold, i sat in the lounge watching mindless tv hehe. It was so nice to chill out, haven't done that in ages. Ava slept for ages and so did gia, she wasn't well enough to go to school today so had her home, but she was quiet all day so hardly knew she was here. So my messy kitchen didn't get tidied till after 1pm when i needed to make the kids lunch, and myself. I needed to use up some chicken thighs so made burritos, so yum!! I got mum to come and watch the kids while i went to get groceries mot wanting to take gia out, so i've invited her for dinner too, since she's now folding my mountain pile of washing.

MD - happy birthday you your big boy. I'm a little scared at how fast time is going at the moment.

I am a bit disppointed in myself exercise wise today. Just done a walk into town and back so not huge. DH is on my back about not pushing it too much since I have been sick . I can see his point but I am not usually one to sit still for too long. Hurry up and get better!!!!!

Went to the gym today! Albeit was 30 mins but went hard on the crosstrainer....and had the wobbly leg feeling going down the stairs back to the car lol. Been eating well today....aside from the extra peanut butter on toast I had after dinner.

Limochick congrats on losing 900 grams

James yay for being almost there not long to go now.

Today has been good and haven't eaten lot of food. Today I brought DD a new stroller as this one we had is 8 years old from when my son was a baby and kept at the grandparents place for them to use. One of the wheels was falling apart so it was time for a new one my nearly 3 year old and I can go out do lots of walking

I really need to invest in decent scales as our one is useless.

Thanks everyone i'm pretty stoked with it

MD - I hope you do listen to your doctor and rest. You have to look after yourself and your little bean

to all of you who don't think you did enough exercise, you still got off the couch or out of the house and did some and that is better than nothing

Kiwigal - yay for the new stroller and enjoy those walks

Well done M4B, that is some great shrinkage!

OB - I agree with your DH, take your time, you need to let yourself recover.

Eva - good on you for getting to the gym!

Kiwigal - yay for a new stroller. Now we just need to stop the rain so you can use it!

I weighed myself this morning and was surprised with another loss, 200gm - after the food I ate yesterday I surprised I didn't gain a couple of kgs!!

Lol to be honest I'm not really sure I trust the dr I saw yesterday! He isn't my regular dr (who I couldn't get an appt with) but he saw Caleb and missed an ear infection (which burst that night) and then after I took the first dose of medicine he prescribed me, I read the info contained with it (I know, I know I should have done that first) it says quite emphatically that it is NOT to be used by pregnant women, esp in the 1st trimester! I did tell him I was pregnant and how far along I am and I'm sure he looked it up to make sure it was safe. I called yesterday to talk to him and am still waiting to hear back. Maybe I'll call my mw instead.
