I have been watching DO OR DIE as well but it just seems to frustrate me for some reason and the people helping really annoy me. Would much rather watch the biggest loser.
Just waiting for Gracie to go to bed so I can do your shape tonight. I know how much better I feel doing the exercise especially first thing in the morning but I still can't seem to get my butt out of bed.
Hope you are feeling better soon bizzy. You are doing so well at the moment.
Go mummydee. Looking forward to hearing how the next level up goes.
Good on you walking in the wind limochick.
Yay littlen for fitting the pre preggy clothes.
Better go get some jobs done and get the girl to bed so I can get moving!

Did my workout and feeling good about it. I know there will be a gain at weigh in tomorrow but I am going to update the list no matter how big it is and then I WILL have to work hard to get it back down again.

Oscarboo - good luck for weigh in. Good on your for getting your exercise in too!
Bizzy - have a good rest.
LC - I hear you, I love my couch too! Now I feel I can relax better when I've done some exercise.
I got my walk in around the lake and boy am I glad I did it when I did! I had sunshine and no wind, now the weather is awful!! I did the lake walk in 36min today, yay! I also did level 2 of 30DS and I seriously felt like I was going to die!!! Actually I'd been thinking it when Jillian said, 'I know you think you are going to die, but keep going!'. I think I was ready to move to the next level as I was able to keep up with level 1 fairly easily. I can't do Turbo Jam today though, I'm too exhausted!
Right, I've got a baby hanging off me trying to tell me he is hungry! Have a good day ladies

Eeeeppp! I just pulled out some old, smaller clothes and found my favouritest jeans ever. I thought I'd see if I could squeeze myself into them. Imagine my surprise when not only could I get them up my legs, but could do the waist up!!! They are a size 13 (I started off at 16-18)!! Granted I have a bit of a muffin top but I'm not taking these puppies off! lol
Can you tell I'm pretty darn happy right now??

I watch that show .. Jazzy they are given a trainer to show them how to fit exercise in and a physiologist to help with their "issues" and a nutritionist.
I watched one on MTV last night called I used to be fat .. I was literally yelling a the TV, the girl was crying and moaning and moaning .. she just wanted the 40 kilos to fall off while doing nothing .. I wanted to reach into the TV and slap her.

Well done Mummydee on the jeans .
Weight was up but not as bad as I thought. Still means I have an extra 800g to have to lose now. I got up early this morning and managed a run. Felt so much better all day because of it. The your shape must be working too cos my legs were sore when I got up this morning.

Morning girls well done on the losses & exercise.
Bizzy hope you are felling better today & well done on the loss
I watched another "fat" program last night can not remember the name, wonder if it is the one you are talking about Julia. This young girl lost 90lbs in 4 mths I think, wow
I better get back to tearing my house apart looking for DS1 new raincoat which I bet he has lost at school..grr, it looks like it is going to pour down, he has been up coughing since before 5am & does not want to go to school, DS2 will not go t school without him & DS3 is refusing to go to kindy this morning arghhh...DH left for work at 3.30am so I feel I have not slept properly & motivation is lacking...& now its pouring down, yay do I send my sick kids in the rain to get sick sicker...decision decisions

Morning girls
Well done to all those who've lost weight and been hitting the gym and gone down dress sizes. The weather can be a definite deterrent (I certainly reset my alarm this morning when I woke up and heard the rain - I'll go to BodyAttack tonight instead).
AFM, I have had an excellent food week. I'm so proud of myself, I have not had chocolate since Sunday afternoon. Its like a record for me! Normally its my afternoon staple! I have been eating a piece of fruit for morning and afternoon tea, porridge for breakfast, either soup and toast or leftovers for lunch (not huge portions) and good food for dinner. No biscuits, chips, chocolate, and definitely no hot cross buns from Pandoro.
Plus I've exercised for about an hour every day since Saturday.
However, the scales are telling a very different story - I went from 61 on Monday to 60.15 yesterday, and this morning, back up to 60.5. I know its a fluctuating thing, possibly cycle related, plus the flow on of the loads of junk I ate last week (takes a few days for all that bad stuff to land on the scales), but its so depressing! This is what makes me reach for the chocolate in the first place!
Hope you all have a wonderful day!
etd for spelling. its early still and I'm only halfway through porridge n blueb'ries
