ARGH! I have the worst toothache! Whats something I can do at home to ease it? Panadols etc arent helping.

yep I was going to say you can chew on a clove or get clove oil. Or chew on some oregano leaves if you have them growing in your garden.
But neurophen will probably be better.

Get some cepacol from the chemist, it is a topical anaesthetic mouthwash. It really works, and only costs about 13$

like surfergirl said clove oil is great or even if you have cloves in your cupboard shove a couple in your cheek around the tooth. Also I found nuerofen plus (with the codeine in it) is probably the best thing to take the edge off.
Unfortunately the BEST thing is probably a trip to the dentist - I am an expert on tooth ache unfortunately, and sometime toothache is a sign of something bad - ie an abcess, so it normally better to get it looked at - especially if you are heading away to Aussie next week!
