Yeah Bizzy, I agree. It's not really a gift if you expect it!

And with the unsigned letter, what was it? If it was just a general letter from the agency saying congrats on the sale of your house, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

If it's any consolation, DH and I just sold a $1.2M house – $38K of which was commission and we didn't expect nor get given a gift. Selling our house was enough of a gift for us!

Congratulations! It's still hard to sell in this market. Well done!

Your agency sounds fab!! We got a naf plate thing but that's fine I wasn't expecting anything as the buyer. My parents agent got about $28k commission from their house and they got a clock, with all the numbers upside down.....
