   OK, so mine isn't as bad as other peoples, and I have not yet been sick, but from the moment I wake up till when I go to bed, I swear I could easily be sick, and today I had to go lie down at work for half an hour to try and settle my stomach, which thankfully worked but I still do feel sick.
 
 When did most peoples stop, as I am thinking I still have a number of weeks to go still.

   I also started to feel better about 3-4 weeks ago which would have been around 12-13 weeks and when it did stop it happened over night.  Again like you, I don't think I had particularly bad M/S but I have nothing to compare it to, so it felt really bad, as I don't do being ill, and I couldn't just shake it and get on with things.  So it will get better, but it just takes time, I actually felt alot better when I was able to be sick and then all the awful feelings of nausea didn't last all day.  It was the tiredness that got to me, now when I am tired I know it is because I have been to the gym or had a busy day at work that has made me tired, rather than the effort of having a shower!!!!
 Keep going everyone keeps telling me it's worth it in the end!!! Hope so

   Thanks redbedrock, I did wonder if I was actaully sick if it would help.  I hate being sick though, the thought really scares me to be honest.  Heres hoping I wake up tomorrow and it is gone!

   I'm not trying to encourage it, but I personally found that sometimes actually being sick did help, but more often than not I ended up feeling worse for it later. Mine eventually went away about mid-week 13.

   On the positive side, I was told by several people that morning sickness was a good sign of pregnancy progressing and that everything that was supposed to be happening was doing so.  
 I don't think that means that if you don't get M/S sickness that things aren't going well, but it gave me a lot of hope and light at the end of the tunnel on those dark days!!!!  As I say, not sure of the medical truth in that, but I had some problems with early bleeding and thought I was going to lose the pregnancy, but the fact that I felt lousy for a reason got me through those days

   Well i am the opposite to all of you sadly, I am 37 weeks and i still get morning sickness.  But as yuck as it is and as yuck as it makes you feel you kind of get use to it.  Sounds funny but now it is just a morning ritual for me.  Kind of like having breakfast or brushing your teeth but i can't wait until it goes away.

   The all day feeling blah feeling stopped around 14 weeks for me.  I only ever vomited once, that was at 14 weeks.  Still get days of full-on nausea now though at 22 weeks, think it is triggered by stress and tiredness these days.

   I had mine under good control Sarah - starting the day with a decent sized breakfast and then making sure that I ate every 2 and a half hours kept it at bay.  Today it is bad again though and I think that's due to feeling sooooooo tired today.  I slept really badly all weekend.  I think the tired thing doesn't help matters at all.

   I found mine disappeared between 14-16 weeks from memory.  I didn't suffer that much of it but having ginger beer often helped me in those times - hope you can find some sort of relief

   I've still got the nausea, haven't been sick for a few days now which is great. I make sure as soon as I get up I have a piece of toast. I usually put the piece of bread in the toaster on my way to the morning pee and its cooked when i'm finished. Eating little and often is good and it's what ever you feel like eating you eat. So if you want cereal at 8pm eat it.

   Mine disappeared at week 10 - yeah I know I was really lucky!!! 
 
 I used to have a cracker or something whenever I got up during the night and that really seemed to help.

   Mine was strong till about week 15 or 16, now it has come back a few days a week, mostly when I am tired (like today)   
The funny thing was that as soon as I stopped feeling sick I started to get paranoid cos I couldnt feel the baby moving yet at that stage so there was like a period of about 6 weeks inbetween sicknes and movement there when I just wanted some indication that I was still pregnant, even if it was m/s!?!?! crazy eh!
 I found that a herbal tablet called morning med was good from the herbal shop, also found cold fizzy coke was just great to help (sounds wierd I know but after just a few sips I felt  better, must have been a blood sugar thing?)
 Other than that just try to go to bed early and eat often, huger and tiredness make it worse...

   I vomited almost every day for my entire pregnancy.  It was horrible (think I might have harped on a tad to you girls on here    I was constantly nauseous, and it did not go away until the moment Joshua was born.  I didn't really find anything that helped to lessen it at all.  Omigosh Emma, I've just noticed your ticker!!!  26 weeks and 2 days!!  Far out, seems like just a week ago that you found out you were pregnant!!!

   Mine went away around 14 weeks with both pregnancies but I felt the worst with the twins which we lost so there goes that theory sorry. I used a morning sickness remedy I got from the chemist, tablets that i think are basically full of ginger but they did the trick. Also Ive heard to wrist band things work.

   Mine appeared at 6 weeks and went at around 12 weeks - I remember at one stage thinking 'I've felt sick all day and night every day for a whole month now... it's never going to end!', and then end it did.  Looking back I don't remember it being as miserable as it felt at the time - I think it's nature's way of tricking me into having more kids!!! 
I kept crackers and dried fruit by the bed, and ate a little something before getting up, but also if I woke in the night feeling rotten I'd have a few dried apricots, which made getting up a few hours later a bit easier.  My midwife recommended chippies - and they were magic!  Oh - and the MS is definintly worse when you're tired so rest up when you need to.
