HUGE beware, that clip made me want to vomit. That's absolutely disgusting.
The story of Peter Connelly, or Baby P, if anyone wants to know before they click through.

:sobbing: omg why? I showed DP (and cried on his chest while he watched it) and he couldn't speak either. I've seen a shorter clip of this case but the extra details make it even more heartbreaking!

I didn't watch, but I just did a quick search to find out who Baby P was...and saw some of it...I couldn't watch, it makes me feel extremely ill and I don't know how anyone could do that to an innocent child.

Yeah I read about that before after my mum told me about it, it's totally sickening. This is why I say bring back the death penalty for some people.

I don't know how a mother could just let a man, that isn't even related to the baby, do that... And for social workers not to really do anything about it either... Was anyone really doing their job right other than the actual father who tried to kidnap the boy!?
That poor child, it is heart wrenching... Especially to think the mother tried to cover it up.

I didn't watch the video all the way through, but the article I read said that the paed that didn't examine him because he was grumpy was under investigation and had been stood down from her job pending the outcome.
I don't think he could have been more failed by the system and I have no idea how a mother could stand by and let that happen and worst still help cover it up.

I have seen a few memorial type videos for various kids that have died in that matter, and it's always heartbreaking to know their short lives are lived that way |

That poor wee boy... Truely let down by anyone he had ever met.... Inc his mum, dad, Drs, social workers, the eye witness they had quoted...
I really dont understand how anyone could purposefully hurt some one else, esp a wee person like that. You just have to think that he is in a much better place now, free of pain and suffering.

OMG That is sad. He looks like my godson in one of the photos. I couldn't do anything to hurt my baby I love her too much and I would fight if anyone did that to her! |

Why would anyone want to watch something like that if it is that bad and makes you cry/vomit?

Its purely about raising awareness, I wouldn't post it for the sake of it.
But there are so many cases like this and its because nobody stands up to say something is happening, these kids don't have a voice.

Its not just child abuse its all sorts, there are witnesses involved in this case who did not speak out, this could have been stopped.
