Topic: Valued Opinions surveys Posted: 15 March 2009 at 2:20pm |
Just interested whether anyone takes part in these online surveys.
Apparently you can request a voucher for Farmers etc once your account balance reaches $10.
I don't want to waste my time doing surveys if I won't get anything out of it lol so have you cashed in your credit for vouchers? Is it worthwhile signing up? TIA

Hi, Ive been doing them for a year and still havent reached the $20 needed to get my first voucher
They have this annoying clause where you only get paid if you complete the whole survey. I spent 25 mins doing one the other day that said it would take 45 mins, it then came up with a msg saying sorry I didnt meet the criteria!!
I emailed then and had a real moan but they said no I didnt complete the whole thing so wont get paid

My DH just signed up today, and was also screened out after spending half an hour on the beverages survey, Sarah, he was too.
That's what made me ask if it was worthwhile, if it is then I will sign up too. But half an hour is a long time to spend on a survey only to be screened out. Don't they usually do that at the start?

I used to do them all the time, probably would of made about $10 but when I went to 'sign in' it said there was no account for my email even though they send the surveys to that email. So I don't do them anymore but still get the stupid emails.

Yeah, totally agree jack_&_charli, 45 min is a long time to be doing a survey.
I think it's a no go for us, though we are members of Smilecity.
I have enough points on that to get $100 cash out, its only taken 5 years lol!

Sounds like you are doing well jack_&_charli, how long does it take to receive your cheques?
