Lol that's funny as!! Go The Kelly.
Anyway. My cousin is Kate-Louise Elliott (was on Shorty St, as I think a receptionist and her evil twin who killed her? Dunno, never watched it. And on outrageous fortune and whanau and is currently in the show 'who needs sleep anyway'.)
My DH's real close family friend was Greg Whitecliffe (Whitecliffe College of Arts), he passed away a few years ago. DH lived with them for a while before Greg got sick. Harry's middle name Tikihana is named after Greg. He did an original crayon drawing for DH, it's hanging on our stairwell.
And depends what circles you go in, in Christian circles I know loads of people. Am mates with all the crew from Life fm and my DH does radio work and he's a journalist on Shine TV (on Sky), lol not really famous at all but to some people it might be!
DH used to work with Katherine from that NZ kids programme I forget what it's called. The one with the 2 chicks and the Samoan guy.
Oh and our close friend Luke used to be the news guy on ZM, and he's on the ad for the airforce or something - that one where the guys are fixing a car and a helicopter comes and whisks one of them away. He's the guy on the ground holding the spanner looking confused.

heh...yeah ,go The kelly lol
here, i got this about your cousin
Kate Louise Elliot played twins Avril/Bernadette Lucich (2004)
Avril fancied herself as a mover and shaker who would do anything to progress from temp to permanent member of Shortland Street staff. However, crossing Dom was not the wisest way to realise her ambitions, for the feisty P.A. was soon murdered. Bernadette, Avril’s twin, arrived at the clinic to take up Avril’s job and dig for dirt on her sister’s mysterious disappearance. Convinced Dom had something to do with it, Bernadette flipped and attacked him, landing herself in jail.

Hmmm well I'm related to the late and great Sir Apirana Ngata, and George Nepia. I know Benji Marshall from rugby, basketball and volleyball back in high school. Ummm use to hang out with Seilala Mapusua and Filipo Levi. Have hung out once with Jerry Collins and Ma'a Nonu....at the pokies of all places!!. Ummm use to be in a education trust run by Matt TePou's wife (he's the maori all blacks coach) got to go to free games and study at their house sometimes. Ummmm can't think of any more at the moment. They're mainly sports people though.
Yup heaps of Morrison's in Rotorua cause they're tribe is Te Arawa which is that area. Oh and Mcdonalds in Blenheim...that funny cos a girl in my class the other week was saying just that, cos she's related.

I am going to get the spelling wrong but Ross Filipo??
Christian grew up down here, he took my cousin to his 7th form ball (many years ago now ) and then onto a family thing. Things would be so much different if they had of stayed together.
