 Topic: winter’s on it’s way - horray!

Who else is excited about it getting so cold? I'm rugged up today and loving it. I've just finished enough of Ella's merino singlets to keep her cosy under her clothes this winter, and can't wait to be able to justify stoking the fire up. I'm gonna put Ella's stroller snuggly back in her stroller and am all keen to make her another hat - red this time, methinks. I've got the storm cover for the stroller at the ready for our walkies today and can't think of anything better than snuggling on the couch with a blankie tonight watching Desperate Housewives with DH.
Anyone else love winter?

ME!!!! I  winter sooooo much!!! I was so excited when it was dark early last night - bring on the cold weather now is all I can say! Although I'd better hurry up and lose this baby weight - I have so many gorgeous winter tops that I can't fit 
I'm with you Andie, there is nothing better than curling up on the couch with a blanket watching TV - especially when its all stormy outside!

I love winter too!! I can't wait until I can light the fire!! I might get away with starting earlier now that Luke is here - surely we don't want him to be cold hehe
I went shopping for winter stuff for Luke, he looks so cute in his trackies and skivies!!

Me too! Got our fire going today and dinners in the crockpot. Its not THAT cold, but my excuse is we have nappies that need to get dry!

Ooo yeah I love winter!! We had Harry all rugged up in the weekend and he looked so cute in his tracksuit and big warm hat.
You know one of the best things about winter.... slippers.
And duvet time while watching tv.

Same here, I love rugging up. Having the fire going all day, soup and toast and the crockpot. I am so really for winter, although DH isn't He gets a bit chilly on the farm!

Oh me me me me me me Im SO sick of heat!!! Arghhhh Im sick of feeling gross and groggy from the heat!
I love being cold and getting all snuggly and warm! Ahhhh Im so glad I wont be 8 months pregnant and roasting hot at night!

I'm so hanging out for it. It's getting colder in the mornings but it's still pretty hot in the afteroons and TBH I'm over it.
I have cute baby clothes that Rowan can't wear yet *pouts*

yup fire on today, and pot of mince and mash tatoe for tea tonight, except I won't be snuggling by the fire will be rugged up at work till about 10pm ick lol, but I Like my job so that is all good.

i love winter now that we have a heat pump....before then, all it meant to me was endless filling of the gas bottle and trips to the dr for inhalers 
today is cold outside, and toasty warm inside, yay!
