Topic: Your New Years Resoltions for 2009...     Posted: 31 December 2008 at 9:11pm |

Thought we could jot them down in here, I have far too many to list on here but I want to take on a more positive attitude with life itself and live a healthier lifestyle (food, exercise, putting more effort into looking good etc). Would be lovely if I happened to meet Mr. Right in my travels too, but still refuse to 'actively look' as I have better things to do with my time (ie tending to my son lol). He can come to me
Ohh and getting out on our own and learning to stand on our own two feet. That's the biggie.
 Please share yours :)

Well I'm not going New Years Resolutions....I'm taking part in 101 things in 1001 days instead.
I have a massive list of course...I haven't put it up anywhere yet though. My 1001 days starts from tomorrow and DH has jumped on board too and has his own list that he is still creating!

That looks like a really positive thing!

They said on the news tonight that making resolutions about things like weight loss/exercise wasn't always the best as they were things based on guilt, not on positive things. I thought that was quite true.

I haven't made any resolutions for a good few years now. Can't get disappointed that way lol!

Ive only got one, which is to stop my social smoking once and for all.

Oh, and to hopefully, one day, be a photographer. One day. So not exactly a resolution.
Buzzybee, I hope you find Mr Right

I want to stop smoking but still not in the right head space - but I will work on that so that I am smoke free my the middle of the year.
My big one is saving money so we can build a house at the end of 2009.

I'm going to start one of my goals and that is to learn another language. Will enrol in evening classes in February when they start up. Deciding between French and Maori. Might do both.

To be more patient with the children – especially Amy (toddler speed can be so frustrating and like BuzzyBee to try and have a healthier lifestyle. We are pretty good but the takeaways have started creeping in a bit too often and I still have a very squishy middle that I haven't worked on since Sophie arrived .
