I am booked to see my midwife tommorrow to have one done. I was just wondering if it hurts.

I'm hopeful that it will get things started as I can hardly walk from my pelvic joints being soo sore.

Nope, feels a little uncomfy like a smear.

Good luck. Things usually start happening pretty soon after a sweep.

I dont know what that is...but sound like a normal sweep? I had one done and it was uncomfortable but not painful!!

Good Luck...I was actually asking the other day (some other thread) that have you had Dashone yet?

havent had one done myself but was told same as teh others said, not painful just uncomfortable. Good luck, hope to hear some baby news soon!

I had one when I was in labour and it was NOT fun! I'd have much preferred to have one when I wasn't contracting!

oh i had one and although uncofortable its not as bad as being induced

yeah i had one and it was uncomfortable but seemed to do the trick...i went into labour the next morning....
