Topic: Sexual Dreams, lol Posted: 05 August 2006 at 11:30am |
Has anyone else had dreams about sex alot. I must be sexually fustrated, lol. Ive been having them a hell of alot and they seem so real, lol. hanging out. My partner and I are not having intercourse at the moment and rarely throughout the pregnancy. We both feel a bit uncomfortable about it, and especially being so close to having Jaxon we would rather wait.
So I have come to the conclusion that this is the reason why I am dreaming about it all the time. Also in the dreams I am very sexy. Not fat, and pregnant, lol.

Is there a medical reason you are abstaining? Because after Jaxon is born you'll have another 6 weeks (about) to wait again. The next three weeks might be the last time you feel up to it for a while.

we were the same, neither of us was comfortable with having sex while I was pregnant and I think I did have some dodgy dreams so you are not alone, more than likely due to not getting any for a while but you can have sex as soon as your ready after baby is born, I certainly didnt wait 6 weeks with either child hehe

Busymum....six weeks? We lasted about two....and I'd heard stories from someone or other - or it might have been in a parenting magazine - about someone who got back into the saddle the next day. I'm not advocating jumping your other half in the maternity ward, but hey, whatever suits!
In any case - do what you are comfortable with - and if dreaming about it is as close as you're getting, at least pregnancy dreams tend to be vivid!

geez 2 weeks huh? I told my husband the MW told me 12 weeks until we went to visit friends who had had a baby the same time as us and the husband said to rob. So you had your six week romp yet. lol. Well you should have seen the looks i got.........
Plus i think i bled for like 4 weeks so there is no way i would have even considered it before then.

It was 4 weeks after our first but she was a c-section, I bled for 2 weeks, and was strongly advised to wait for 6 weeks so as to not rupture the scar... ah well I felt ready
But the second time around I had stitches and that was 7 weeks! Ouchies (the stitches I mean lol)
Well I hope the next few weeks roll on quickly for you Kellv...

We gave it a shot last night but honestly it wasn't that comfy for me...but as others have said there are other things you can do if you're comfy with that...
The girls and I from work has our Joanna G party on Friday night (lingere and "power tools") and I will say there are a few purchases on thier way to me in readiness for our six week romp....unless we're asleep!

OK so up till now I have been far too well behaved for you lot, but last night I had the weirdest dream (actually it was this morning in between frequent trips to the toilet...)
Anyways in the dream I was having very hot steamy sex with... Jake the Muss? I mean, I know I like big black men (and they make beautiful babies ), but wife beaters aren't usually my type...
