I'll attempt it I've been trying to make myself excercise more in the last few days but I'm not too sure I can keep it up so maybe this will help. Not to mention I have no I idea what a healthy weight would be for me but I just don't like the wobbly bulgy stuff that hangs over the top of my jeans!
I'll weight myself in the morning(before breakfast ) and let you know

I would def be keen, but I'm with Robyn... posting starting weight is a bit scary (particularly when you have a whole adult to lose like me )

I'm not scared - I started WW 5 weeks ago at 95.3kgs, I am now 91.7kgs. Hoping to get the 5kg book mark this week.
I'm 34yrs old and 5ft 2in my goal weight is 61kg, but I'll be happy if I can get to 70.
I need to lose weight to help concieve and have a healthy pregnancy, and also I'm getting married in less than 6 months time.
Maybe we can post what we've had to eat for the day and if we've done any exercise.
So far today I've had a bowl of porridge made w skim milk, a museli bar, mccains healthy choice meal and 6 piece of fudge. Plan to go for walk when i get home - nice evening for it.

Fleury Im about the same range as you so will be good to see how someone in my weight range is doing!
Ive been bad today eating wise. Picking at the kids food and cleaning up the chips that addison didnt want to eat but im having chicken, potatoes and vegetables for tea and its all ready to cook so i wont have to start picking around tea time. Would like to go for a walk but hubby goes to his woodwork course tonight so dont think i will be able to but will do tomorrow, oh no I wont, its wine course night (not great for the weight loss but its our last night) will try and go during the day

The end to my day is not going well. I've got a cold and in my viral stupor forgot to get anything out for tea so KFC for dinner tonight. We don't have it very often so will be a nice treat for a Monday.

I am keen I'm 63 at the moment and I want to get into the 50s. My big goal is 57 but mainly just want to fit my old clothes.
I have been having big kfc cravings but have managed to hold off I do that crunch fitness programme in the mornings and usually ad a bit on after that. I have never in my life done much exercise so I really want to get fit and stay fit lol

I'm in, I have an eliptical stepper and gym ball and weights, all the stuff i used to do at the gym after having paris that got me in shape nicely. I just need encouragement to get eating healthy, stop doing the heat-and-eat meals for work and actually USE the exercise stuff.
Am unsure of exact weight (will find out tomorrow) but i think it's in the 60's somewhere. Want to get back to the 55 mark and tone-up. At 5 ft 2, and kinda smallish framed, I don't suit the spare tyres, and well, a couple have popped up round the middle since starting at work last year... i'd like nothing more than go get a puncture so they'll go flat.

Well since my last post I went our and bought a sports bra!(after BF 2kids I need one!) I've decided my form of excercise will be lots of walking mixed with a bit of . . .running(I said now I have to do it )
My eating habits are really bad, I don't eat much but what I do eat is really bad.
Today I've had 2hot chocs, small bag of chips a 'V' drink and a bowl of a mince and pasta bake with vegies. Not to mention the ice cream I'm about to eat. I'm not sure how much I want to lose I just want to get rid of the wobbly bits!

yep I'm in! I've lost 7kg over the past 10 weeks, was 82kg, this morning I weighed in at 75kg (I've put on 500g since last week but had AF in that time so I won't beat myself up over it lol)
My goal is 65kg but will be happy to be 70kg by Christmas.
So what shall we do to super challenge ourselves?
