I'm twenty[mumble].
I was at the hairdresser today and chatting to 'magic hands' the skilled wee soul who gave me a divine scalp massage *sigh* and he was saying that he's quite disturbed at how his life is passing him by ... he's just turned 19! 
I said to him, obviously in my best decrepit granny voice, that I was pushing 30, and THAT was worth panicking about.
He looked at me, gave me his best comforting look and said that I didn't look anywhere near 30. One mother trained her boy well! He almost sounded like he meant it!
OK, OK, I'm 28, and DH is nose-diving into 30 in December.

lol i am 26 and dh is 29 we are such oldies now too! we both were sitting here thinking it feels later than it is. can anyone say grandma and grandpa???

29 over here - I'm having a bollywood party for my 30th so palmy ladies start sucking up now for an invite. wellington ladies too perhaps (i just like the idea of people clammering to come to my party - in reality nobody probably cares that much)
