just thought id check before throwing out all the peas.
are they only found in frozen pea bags or could/have they been found in the tinned peas aswell???

As far as I know it was just frozen pea's, we use McCain peas and I haven't found any in them.
ETA-Eek and Kandice that looks like the night shade berry! Scary! I'm so glad I posted this thread, so everyone can check their pea's!

How the hell does that deadly nightshade berry end up in a bag of peas anyway!?!

Its because it grows amongst peas quite commonly anyway and they must have a machine that picks or sorts them. They actually aren't poisonous, they wouldn't kill anyone who ate them just make kids a bit sick. Still not cool to have in your peas though

It's not deadly nightshade anyway apparently, it's nightshade but a different variety. Still not what I want showing up with my peas!

It was black nightshade not the deadly ones. If your peas have a star or a stork on top and seeds on the inside then it's probably not a pea. I think it was just the talley's brand. As at the supermarket they have none of that brand.
