What is your bedtime?
anytime from 10.00-11.00pm
How long does it take you to go to sleep?
don't know I don't look at the time once I've set my alarm, i'd guesstimate 10mins

that depends on Cooper, sometimes not until 7.30am... or if I do wake up it's around 4am for him
How long do you stay awake for?
5mins tops, I can go back to sleep quite quickly
How many trips to the bathroom do you make at night?
again depends if I have to get up for Cooper, if I do, I'll go, if I don't I wait until the morning

Wow a lot of you are really good sleepers! In comparison I'm a terrible sleeper. I was an excellent sleeper before I had Elle.

What is your bedtime? 9.30 to 10pm but often just 9pm now that I'm pg
How long does it take you to go to sleep? 30 minutes but can be an hour if I'm chewing something over in my mind - I like to journal to help process stuff out
Do you wake? If yes, approx how many times per night? <FONT color=#0000ff>I generally wake up once a night if DH comes to bed after me. I'm generally a pretty good sleeper though
How long do you stay awake for? 10 minutes probably, but if he gets me past REM sleep, we sometimes lie awake and chat for longer (up to 40mins?)
How many trips to the bathroom do you make at night? None - but now that I'm pg I get up once a night to raid the pantry!!
Is there a reason for all the questions? I was thinking it might help to put in another question, e.g. what do we attribute to the xyz good factor that you're looking for.

LOL @ "motives" ... and at Shorty's DH's behind!!
I wonder, Fiona, if your difficulties with getting Elle to sleep have affected your sleep and your body has forgotten (kinda like a shift worker) how to sleep through.

Emma has just started sleeping for 6 hours at night so I thought I'd answer this
What is your bedtime? About 11pm
How long does it take you to go to sleep? I'm off like a light at the mo - maybe 10min if that
Do you wake? If yes, approx how many times per night? Emma still sleeps in our room and grizzles thru the night so I wake up a few times to rock the basinette, rub her back to ease her back into sleep
How long do you stay awake for? A few minutes
How many trips to the bathroom do you make at night? Only go if I get up to feed Emma as I tend to have a sup of tea too

I wake up at 5am each day to travel to town.
I have always needed a good 8-9 hours sleep. Otherwise I am a mess!

What is your bedtime?
Usually around 10 with about 45 mins of reading
How long does it take you to go to sleep?
If I have read its usually pretty quick but if I don't read it takes me a good hour
Do you wake? If yes, approx how many times per night?
Umm each kid wakes a couple of times and Ben wakes me a couple of times with his coughing and sneezing
How long do you stay awake for?
Before 3am I go straight back to sleep after setling the kid, after 3am it takes me a while sometimes a good hour and sometimes I won't get back to sleep til 6ish
How many trips to the bathroom do you make at night?
