I tried a new workout 2 days ago and my butt is still sore! lol

DH finds it highly amusing watching me kinda waddle around

It's that pain that is a good pain from worked muscles rather than a strained muscle pain.

I probably made it worse by doing lots of gardening on the weeekend - yes that is nanaish but I got lots done

And I'm insane enough to make myself do the workout again this avo - sucker for punishment!

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

lol I wanna be under 70 for Daniels bday party. I only have 3 and 1/2 weeks to do it! Yikes!

I'm doing lots of walking at the moment with the boys.. the fresh air is GOOD! :)

yay for you , doing more exercise when you are sore is meant to be good I think lol, been doing lots of walking too, petrol is damn expensive to just pop out now lol

I use my treadmill every 2nd day. And do this other routine on the other days. That way I don't get bored with either lol

Yeah I know its good. It was a blimmin hard workout which is exactly what I need. I get it everytime I change what I'm doing (every 8 weeks) but this time it was extra bad
