yes farmers for sure!! other brands do do it, but i have tried a few - loreal by far the best and a good range of colours. Dont go for revlon - the brush is crap and you end up looking like you have whiskers.
Dont put to much on the brush at first, until you get the hang of it just build it up gradually - it is really easy to use though - even better get the make up counter assistant to show you how if you havent used it before

Hell yeah! but DF moved us to the country (so I didn't have to work) where if I wore heels I'd be laughed at! so I have truly embraced country living and I love my trackies and jandels, and never wear makeup at home (except mascara if I'm feeling ugly)... But I do still use my GHDs every day LOL.. I can't stand looking like a woolly sheep!

nah I don't moisturise either. Only thing that ever goes on my face is sunlotion. My mum said I should moisturise cos I'll get wrinkles otherwise, but I reckon it's the crap in the moisturiser that give you wrinkles is my excuse anyway!

I still think its the worrying about our children that gives us the wrinkles
I moisturise every day cos i have ecezma and very dry skin and I ALWAYS wear eyeliner every day........If im going somewhere other than the norm i may do eyeshadow and mascara but its always a slap slap job.
I think straightners are a mums best friend. I dont do the whole sectioning thing i use them like a brush......and it looks better than if i didnt do anything.......but then i do like the messy beach look cos that takes even less time......

I think you will too, but suncream is better than nothing - at least your wrinkles wont be from sun damage!
I was a pharmacy girl so I guess thats why I am into make up - I didnt work in the shop but still loved looking at all the new products and playing around. I like being a girly girl

I tell you a good Mineral Powder is 'Designer Brands' a lot of chemists now stock this cheaper line of make up and seriously - its WAY better than the expensive brands and so cheap - like $16.99 and it lasts me a good 6-9 months.

I cleanse and moisturise every day and use a face scrub every now and again. I LOVE Trilogy products. Bit expensive but the moisturiser has lasted me ages.

Loreal is expensive yeah, but I hve found someone who sells them on trade me, maybe steals them form work or imports them whatever - instead of $43 each I get 2 for $55 - so thats a trick once you find your colour.
2 lasts me close to a year if not longer.
I wear clinique blush - it makes such a difference - only powder though!! lasts forever.
Dont wear mascara - Milla ran off with it oneday and I have neither found it or replaced it@!!
And I dont wear lipstick or eye shadow - they can make you look older - depending on your age and face shape - maybe just a sweep of gold when I go out. So I guess since I dont wear loads of different products I can justify spending a little more on what I do buy.
Garnier from the supermarket moisturiser really works for me, bout $20 for day and night cream
Havent seen designer brands buzzybee - but with check it out - It dosent have that sparkly 'natural glow' look to it I take it??

Interesting thread I'm one of those who haven't let myself go as I never 'was' to begin with hehe. I only wear make up when I have to, and even then just a bit of foundation and eye shadow/mascara. I don't bother with lipstick as it always seems to be gone by the time I get wherever I was going
But yup I cleanse/tone/moisturise every day and exfoliate twice a week. And occasionally do a mask when I can be bothered I try and cleanse/moisturise at night too but am often too buggered and don't get around to it.
With clothes, my 'good' clothes are my jeans and a tee shirt lol. When it's hot I wear shorts and tee shirt. I do wear trackpants at home but I don't go out in them. Oh and I also live in my jandals in summer haha, or my $20 warehouse sand shoes in winter (or colder summer days). I don't own a pair of heels!

| Yeah for sure Kate. Thats exactly how I meant it. Jo - I think you're a very gorgy lady anyways, even if you didn't dress up. I remember your preggy pics and I always admired how good you looked. And I'm also guilty (if you can call it that) of dressing myself up, even if it's just to go to the supermarket. I started a mother and baby type class the other day. I made sure I styled my hair and put on my makeup before I went. Currently I dont exactly have a huge range of clothes to wear as I'm still losing my preggy weight (only 7kg left to go of the 26 I gained ), but once I do, I'll be throwing one of my many many (no really, MANY!) pairs of heels/stillettos on. I don't know what a VRM is but I wanna be one
