Ummm they run an informercial for it (well not sure if they still do). Well today I've started the points plan. Not joining weight watchers, just following the points system. Last week I found MIL's old weight watcher booklets etc so I just twinked out her things (she only did it for a week!) and have put my details in there. So far I've had porrigde with normal milk and banana pieces. Have been a slack with Turbo jam (well my dvds are gone for I dont know how long) but I have been doing a little walking. Then again I did eat 3 pieces of chocolate brownies at coffee group Oh well I officially start today anyways. I'll weigh in every friday...just how much I've lost/gained. Need to lose about 15kgs before I'll post my actual weight lolz.

I got my set on trademe! And yup I think it's fun!
I'm trying to be good today and drink lots of water. Usually I forget to drink much during the day which is a bit naughty

I paid $120 (I think?) brand new off the TV. I love doing it but I'm SO uncoordinated and can't keep up even though she says to go at your own pace I've only done the 20 minute one (I do it almost every week day morning before I go to work).
DH and I took Cailtin for a big walk this morning, I usually go for about a hour and a half and we were gone for nearly 3 hours! It wasn't too bad at the time as we were chatting about bathroom and kitchen renovations (so jaw got a better workout LOL) and we weren't walking too fast, just enough to be able to gasp and talk lol. Still we did it and I feel pretty good still
Will weigh in on Monday

Awww man, I totally stuffed up all my hard work over the weekend. I'm just hoping by some miracle that I don't gain too much at weigh in on Wednesday.

I'm not weighing myself until the end of this challenge. I hope I actually loose something.
I've been walking and doing turbo jam every day so far this week (pretty easy since it's only tuesday )

gees. I weighed myself this morning again and I weigh 81.9 and only yesterday I was 82.6. so it surely does show eacah day depends on fluid you are carrying etc or if you have your monthly and so on....
My goal was to be 79 before the 2 weeks was up.. Might make it if I work extra hard.
I went for a 5km walk yesterday and today and tomorrow Im going again with the girls from the pram walking group. yay!!!

ok, so am slack as .....
haven't weighed...
haven't exercised since i posted about it.. hhhm a week ago...
and well...we went shopping yesterday, bought a few junky things, and in 24 hours i have successfully single-handedly polished off a whole king size block of cadbury peppermint choccy.
Will try harder next week.
I have been drinking more water and eating more fruit though and trying to do the healthy snacks thing.. just fell off the wagon a bit.
