when you feel hungry drink water instead... it can be hard, you need to stick you goal and the reasons for it firmly in your head. good luck.

Eating nuts is good as well, a few are quite filling and if you eat walnuts they are packed full of omega 3. Good luck with your goal

Must be something in the air - I tried to diet all last week but ended up putting on weight over the weekend because I went away! Grrrr! Back to it this week.

But don't eat too many because they are filled with fat, even if it is good fat it will still make you fat if you eat too much.

Good luck Kelly

Apples are another good one for filling you up and giving you energy.
They're pretty cheap this time of year too.
I love sliced apple dipped in yogurt for lunch.

Good luck Kelly!

And they have to be raw, not roasted. It changes the good fats into bad ones

Keep it up, Kelly. You have a goal to aim towards, and even if it may seem so far away, every little tiny step counts.

Have an empty pantry... We just went shopping but still seem to have nothing in the cupboards...so if it isn't there, then you can't eat it!

Lizzle, would love to hear how Core goes for you. I don't want to count points for the rest of my life so it would be nice to move to Core when I get to Goal or when I reach a plateau (that hasn't happened yet, touch wood!).

YUM Jelly tip minis! Never seen those before!!

And keep them in fridge as well, otherwise they loose their goodness

Do you do much exercise?? I have just started walking at least an hour a day and last week I noticed a big difference at WW last week.

There have been a few ladies at my meeting that change between core and points often and they have lost a bit of weight.

Does your dr belong to a PHO?? you can get extra help for free through them.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!
