I'm glad I'm not the only one with an overhanging belly and stretch mark crinkles lmfao. Watching the doco yesterday about this lady who had her boobs done really put me off implants (not that I'd need them lol) ..just got the most disgusting infection, and big gaping hole, all from a tiny pin prick, as she contracted MRSA and it infected her through that tiny abrasion!. Hmmm like I said before all I'd do would be to remove excess skin, like a tummy tuck, but probably wouldn't do it til after I've finished having babies, so will be in my 40s then...that's 17 years away, plenty time to save up lolz.

I do not think that is ok and doesn't reflect well on ones 'inner beauty'.

Some of us just take pride in our appearance more than others and we shouldn't be looked down upon for that, ever.

I don't think anyone on here has been rude or judgemental about you (or anyone else) wanting cosmetic surgery? Maybe you're reading too much in to what others have posted.

All that people have said is that they don't like it and it's not for them, as they should be free to do. The question in this thread is would YOU have it done. If people dislike it then they are welcome to express that without judgement. Just as everyone else is free to express that they would have it and why.

And for the record, I take pride in my appearance as well, I just do it in a different way

I wasn't implying people on here had, I was talking in general, as in one of my previous posts I had pointed out that a few 'real life' people had been rude to my face when I have told them I am considering cosmetic surgery.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, I'm VERY aware that not everyone is going to have the same! I'm not that naive!!
This is a forum - Differing opinion is imminent.

I am also aware of risks and the like and it is not a decision I will make lightly, I am researching different aspects and options etc.

I have also had plastic surgery previously when I was younger to correct a botched scar after a childhood illness. Yes it hurt, yes the recovery sucked but the outcome was worth it becasue now my neck looks normal and I do not have a scar covering a majority of it. So for me, my previous experience has not put my off.

Ah - cool. I hadn't read your previous posts, sorry (I've skimmed this thread a bit). How rude! Tell them to go sit with all the other rude asses who comment on formula/breast feeding and all the other guff we have to put up with!

I had a gaping hole just a bit bigger than an old 50c where 3 of the insicions (sp?) met. It was terrible and couldn't move my arm for a few weeks for fear of it bursting even more. Just not worth it.

My friends mum had to get her breast removed because of breast cancer so when she could she got liposuction and a tummy tuck and with the extra fat from the liposuction they reconstructed her boob! Then there is no chance of rejection and it looks and feels completely natural. She got a nipple tattoo too

I would definitely get a boob job if i could! The stretch marks i can handle, i never liked showing my tummy anyway, but i really dont like how my boobs look or feel , They are doing their job well but when thats all done i will be saving like a mad thing to get to it done!
