After weeks on end of 7pm-11pm screaming sessions and a whole bottle of gripe water we bought some Infacol and also changed to formula - Caitlin has never been better! Much happier settled bubba (thanks for the warning about the smelly nappys Jax lol)

I had a visit from the Karitane nurse when Olivia was about 7 weeks old and she gave me some good "winding style" tips like holding bubbah teddy bear styles and gently squeezing (slow way of making any extra air move) or put baby in between your knees and gently rubbing its back. Or even better, just dodge responsibility and get hubby to do it because men are naturally more forceful.
