   Yeah it is better than WFF but we will have to pay back what most of what we have received this financial year. At least his raise is backdated until then so that should cover it.

   Yeah WFF does have some silly rules. Trying to estimate what you are going to earn for the next year is hard. I overestimate us so we don't get overpaid but I sure didn't expect him to get a payrise that extreme
