I was inspired - today have lamb chops in a rich tomato and red wine sauce in the crockpot. Will probably have them with creamy mashed potatoes and veg.

For those crockpotting, do you brown the meat etc? To me the whole point of a crock pot is that you throw things in and it cooks them for you... have no time to be browning, transferring, doing dishes after.

I'm having escalope of chicken. I saw it on Gordon Ramsay's the F word a while back and though "i can make that" It is so yummy, the link is here   there is also a video .here.We are just having the chicken without the potatoes and chard. I'll put some salad with it as well

I made a beef casserole in the slow cooker, then made a filo pastry pie out of it and served it with mashed potato - yum!
