Overheard recently at our dinner table

Me: So did you hear Michael Jackson died
DP: Yup
Child: Who is Michael Jackson?
Me: Well he touched a great many people.
Child: Kids too?
DP: Yes. He liked touching kids
Child: That's nice.

Was at a friends place last year for a dressy dinner party. Her 3 year old came into the room and proudly announced that she'd just done a poo on her own and it was "shaped just like a dolphin".

bahahaha dolphin shaped poo!

These are great

When Mum was pregnant with me, my sister - then 2 and a half - answered the phone (luckily it was my Grandma).
Mum was in the toilet with MS. She overheard my sister say "No, Mummy's not here. She's coughing into the toilet".

That's now become our family euphemism for vomiting.

Hehe, well coughing does make sense!

The other night Janaya came out to the lounge while I was watching Motorway Patrol, the guy said something about skidmarks on the road and Janaya turned around and said "Huh? Skidmarks? That must have been a really big poo to make a big one like that on ROAAAADDDD!!!"

And once after she got off the toilet she came running out saying "yussssss, Mum.... guess what?, I did such a big poo that it left a really big skiddy mark down the sides, and its popping out of the water!"

Ooooh, and another one, she was really mad with me once, and went to her room and slammed the door. She opened it and yelled out "WHY DID THE CHICKEN CROSS THE ROAD?... BECAUSE IT DIDNT LOVE ITS FAMILY!!!!"

I could probably write a whole page.

Lol aww these are so funny.

Jack is really pushing his luck at the moment, the other day I sent him to time out and as he was walking out the door her looked back at me and said "I don't ever want to see you again Mummy, you aren't my best friend anymore"
