Not for me - but I know I want 4 so am only half way there. I hope that feeling goes away when I've had that many though

I feel the same, it hurts to think I'll never have another baby but then I don't want to have to have all that no sleep and try and stretch our budget even further.

I'm like you Mel, thank god for that Mirena

*tick tock tick tock tick tock*
My biological alarm clock keeps going off no matter how many times the bank manager puts it on snooze

Before I met DH I never wanted kids - wasn't the mummy type at all. Then before Caitlin was concieved, I said I'd have two at the very most. Then after she arrived (with the nasty labour and emerg CS) we were adamant 1 was plenty!

But now.... My heart NEEDS another baby! I just don't feel complete - even though I love my daughter with all my heart and soul, I still feel I need that second child for our family to be entirely complete. DH says he feels the same but not at the same level. He'd love another child, but would be happy with us just having Caitlin.

PLEASE don't let #2 be a "buy one get one free"!!!!

Cats can be wonderful surrogate babies. I would specifically look for a female who has been abandoned and is extra friendly and super grateful for any love and attention.
